"Thirty Minutes in the Life" will feature ladies from around the world as we capture 30 minutes in our lives as mothers, wives, daughters, sisters and friends {and photographers}. This is a blog circle so please be sure to visit the next photographer in the circle.
Traveling around our home state of Mississippi sometimes brings us to unexpected treasures. This is an old swinging bridge (and yes, it does bounce some) in Central Mississippi. Byram, Mississippi to be exact. I found the structure itself to be fun and the old boards were just beautiful to me. There were lots of locks placed on the bridge to obviously symbolize true love between couples, where they profess their love, place a lock on the bridge, and then throw the keys into the river. There were some combination locks, though, so I doubted their true commitment! This is my 30 minutes.
